Often their drivers are from country side, uncivilized and not meant for tourism or travel business. On top of that their driving licenses are questionable which are probably bogus or bought by fraud. Always check their drivers license and you will find them bogus. I wonder if they even carry insurance or able to apply insurance for their outsourced cabs. Too risky, unsafe and dangerous. I think Mr. Raghunathan must know what kind of business he is running.
