Original review updated by user Aug 04, 2021 was at the front door , was asked what i wanted....[ a car top box]...was told they were shutting in two minutes[ that means they were still open??????]i was told to come back in the morning...i replied i couldnt[ i work ...730 till 5pm]...i was told i could attend the poole branch which was open till 8pm.......what kinfnd of customer service is that.....and can halfords afford to miss out on a sale of up to 500 quid...just because they were gonna close in two minutes....how long does it take to use a card machine User's recommendation: dont turn up at two minutes to an unscheduled closing.
