Poor customer service- Brand new elevator

We have a brand new asset in Dallas, Tx. and have been very disappointed in the lack of communication and repairs are taking forever. They do not communicate and just leave the jobs without informing anyone about why they cannot fix a brand new elevator. Buyer be aware- so far we are very disappointed with our purchase with this company.
