Poor customer service and do not complete jobs

On May 24 2021 Reported an issue with my fiber optic internet due to the line being cut, on June 19 they finally came to run a temp wire from the road to our home for our internet to finally be connected again. Today 9/3 this temp wire is still ran thru my yard! I have called weekly about this speaking with several supervisors that assure me they have placed the correct work order and escalated it properly and yet here we are still not buried! Nobody with this company takes responsibility for the lack of professionalism, customer service or completely jobs they start! You wait on hold FOREVER to get another call full of I am Sorry for the inconvenience, I understand your frustrated blah blah blah! Suddenlink should be ASHAMED of how the run their business and how horrible they are from top to bottom! From the managers to the customer service techs!!!
