Mini oven or toaster oven purchased 4 years ago by my husband prior to his death. Today, it just stopped working, doesn't even light up. I would think that this brand should work longer than 4 years and customer service was no help unless I want to pay $99 to get it fixed. Shouldn't have to do that after 4 years of light use. Junk!!! User's recommendation: Don't buy or at least expect it to work 4 years, not worth the money.
