Poor Customer Service and 100 Night Sleep a joke
1
We purchased their in house brand of mattresses as it fit within budget. Finding the 100 night sleep attractive we left the store confident we made the right purchase. The mattress arrived and we began our journey. After a month we went into the store to see what we could do because it was just not comfortable. The salesmen proceeded to show us all the expensive mattresses and not provide us with a viable replacement without spending several thousand, leaving the store deflated in that we were stuck with a lemon we visited the local home Depot and found a replacement for $200. We are still stuck with the POS. The used car salesmen of the 70's still exist they sell mattresses at Sleep Country.
