Poor customer relations

For many months now I have been trying to purchase Hills rd canned dog food without any success. When I contacted Hills by phone they said due to the pandemic the delivery is delayed. I have been told by your customer service that the product has not been discontinued. I believe your company is not being truthful so I would appreciate a straight answer.
