Poor consumer contact

I have an 18.5 hp engine on a Husqvarna mower that is blowing oil. I have tried to get connected by phone and by the internet. Obviously Briggs and Stratton do not want to deal with issues and are unavailable. I am determined to not buy any more of their products. Peter User's recommendation: Stay away from B&S.
