Our home is new in the Ashburn area. We live in a 3 Story Interior Townhome. We can hear EVERY step our neighbors take on all 3 levels. We can hear when they move a chair, open/close doors, roll a ball, when their children run (which is all day and night), or drop anything on the floor. We can hear every step they take when they go up and down the stairs. We can hear normal walking as well as stomping. It is a poorly constructed property. User's recommendation: Have extensive inspections done for soundproofing before purchasing.
