Poor communication. While making my reservation I asked if the Valet was still up and running. I was told several times that it was so I made my reservation. I arrived and NO VALET.

I'm recovering from a broken right foot and a dislocated left knee. During check in I asked for a room closer to the elevator and I was giving one (horrible room super small) I've stayed at the LINQ several times and my rooms were spacious and had a sofa. I will take the blame. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping and I said yes. No housekeeping the first day, but I had it the second day. Theshower was beyond slippery and I was actually scared. . Due the the virus I received an email saying my status would not change, well apparently the only part of being a Diamond member is you get to cut in line (Total Rewards manager not mine.I was trying to get my $100 Celebration voucher for dinner. I honestly think I'm done with Caesar's Resorts.
