Poor business practices, delayed shipping, no order tracking, 6 weeks and still no product,

ordered 8/31/19, not shipped until I complained 3 weeks later, order shipped a week later with no tracking, shipment lost, 10 days later agreed to send another, 6 weeks out, still no product, customer care agents can only file a ticket, they have no authority to resolve any issue, will not forward your call to a higher level. all they says is there will be a review of the problems and will reply in 24 to 48 hours. No resolution is forthcoming. .
