Poor burning/exsessive ash

Update by user Feb 02, 2016 I received a call from this company in a timely manner and I must say, they have made me very happy. They will be delivering 2 tons of good pellets to me in a week. This is much more than I expected. Impressive customer service. I will be sticking with this company. Original review posted by user Jan 26, 2016 I have used this product for at least the past 11 years, on and off, and was very satisfied. Not so much this year. I bought 2 tons of pellets last year (2015) . Southern Indiana hardwoods is the other company I used and have had zero issues with them. The issue I have now with Ozark pellets is that the spent wood ash fills my burn pot up in 2 hours ( stove on low setting ) instead of 8 to 9 hours. So now I have to get up in the middle of the night to empty the burn pot. These pellets are just a hassle to use. Heat wise, seems to be ok. This company has not called me back as yet. I will let you know how they deal with this. Like I said, in the past, I was very happy. Don't know what went wrong
