I have a home built by Lennar Homes. My den wall began to rot and show water damage. I had a plumber come out to determine the cause of this issue. What he found was that the air conditioning run off pipe had been punctured during construction and had been leaking into my wall from day one. When I contacted Lennar Homes, they responded that this was not their issue and to contact my insurance company. I have pictures of the removed damaged pipe with the puncher hole and the spill trail.
