Poor bandwidth provided

I am paying for 200 mphs but am receiving less than 100 mphs. I have requested service but received an appointment for replacement of my modem. The repairman did not show up, did not call and did not reschedule. I am not the only one in my neighborhood with a shortage of bandwidth service. I am trying to get my neighborhood together to write a group complaint to our country Commission and the local communications board. I don't think it will Will be a beginning. User's recommendation: That they're stuck with Hargray for broadband and with Wind stream for other coverage.
