i wrote number of email and spoke to customers service twice and still waiting for resolution - all i was asking for is Prada packaging that i did not receive from authorised supplier - i am sure this is not a difficult request - any i am so disappointed that i am now writing to Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons for your reference - i have used this this email for communication [protected]@aol.com kamal - [protected]
