They were all nice at first till they get your money. Don't fall for the "I've never had a complaint line". They broke my filter then siliconed it back together and didn't tell me. When they left I noticed it leaking they said it was a noramco filter it's cheap and that's to be expected. It was leaking so bad I had to call someone else in. We'll well when he took it apart he found that it had been brokered and siliconed back together. When I phoned Ricky he said how do I know you didn't break it?.... Really I didn't even no how to take it apart. Anyway I had to pay an additional $300.00 to fix it. Pls pls do not use them there sneaky ......if I can save someone out there from being scammed by them my job is done....
