We bought 1x40HC (23 tons) yarn from Jinan Xiangfeng Chemical Fiber Company Ltd against LC which was negotiated by Xiangfeng and they received payment on 7th Feb 2017. We received their container on 22nd Feb. The container had no yarn. Only few bags trash and rags. Since our contract was CIF basis we reported to Xiangfeng and send them all documents and survey reports to file Insurance Claim. While the process was going on they promised to ship new container before 25th March. But suddenly from 22nd March they cut off all communications and stopped replying to emails, phone calls, text messages. They simply went underground and since then have just stayed arrogantly silent. The point to be noted is that in the "Theft Survey" it was observed that the Container Seal was intact and Container was not tampered with when we received it. So it leads to a direct conclusion that this theft occured in Xiangfeng factory. Their export manager Miss Sylvia (who was are only contact) has also gone underground. This company cannot be allowed to go free as they must be cheating many international buyers.
