I logged in to our account on American Express with the intent of checking out airline tickets. It clearly stated that we had a $741.24 in rewards (for 74,124 points) to use to pay towards flights. So, we go to select flights. and the airfare for our lights are $713. But, it states we need about 142,000 points...nearly double.We've been members since 2002. That's loyalty for you. Very disappointed in American Express. Express!Don't User's recommendation: Don't waste your time. Bait and switch is disheartening.
