I bought a 2 pack of 5.0 menthol pods and they didnt hit. My vape pen was charged, I wiped the bottom off and still doesnt work. I called customer service and the First Lady hung up on me as soon as I stated my issue. I called again and the lady said they where have issues with their system so as soon as it updates they will call me back. I have been with Vuse for over 2 years, and its safe to say they just lost a loyal customer. Those pods are 25 dollars very expensive and to be treated so poorly by the manufacturer means they dont care what they put in them! User's recommendation: I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
