Contacted you 1st part of this week needing a plumber. Even tho I stated it was an emergency, service was scheduled for today at 10a. Plumber never showed & when I went into my acct it said work is now scheduled for May 27th!! This is unacceptable, please cancel my acct with you immediately & the payment acct with Affirm. Apparently you dont know the true meaning of emergency! User's recommendation: Do not use! Had better luck with HomeAdvisor before they linked with Angi.
