I had an old waterpic for years and loved it. Time to replace with a new one. I bought a new waterpic water flosser. primed it did everything right. The new one stopped working after 4 weeks. We returned it for the same model. this one lasted a week before it stopped. What is the issue? I need to get one that works. Thanks, Stan
