Warning purchasing John Wieland home peachtree city Hello all just wanted to give you heads up warning about John Wieland (Pulte) homes in Peachtree city on Mcduff Parkways. It has been a nightmare starting with inflating the house size by 6% (verbally and by email proof) to changing house configuration, dishonesty about lot availability, using permit as an excuse to do whatever they want. I have tried to give them multiple options to resolve the situation or refund me my Earnest money since they have not started building the house yet, instead, they relying on slippery contract language to do anything they want. I just wanted to warn everyone about this and if you have any suggestion or hints, please let me know. instead of looking forward to being in the home, they managed to turn this into a disaster. As I lost complete trust in them, I do not wish this experience on anyone and hence my warning....
