Please give me my money!

Someone hacked my account, and was able to change the email address associated with the account. Despite them doing so, they were not able to take the $505 I had in the account. I have already sent Venmo 2 forms of proof of my ID (CA driver's license and passport), as well as my most recent bank statement of the account associated with my Venmo account. Instead of helping me, they closed my account, and said that "if" I get my money back, it will be up to 180 days. This is ridiculous. I have already been trying to get my money for 2 whole months! I need someone to please advocate on my behalf. User's recommendation: Never use Venmo! Worst customer service ever!!
