I would like to return an item, but I don't know how to do it. The reason: your representatives ignore my messages and phone calls. I want to know why. Let me start from a fact that I got a defective item. A shirt with a small hole outside. Yes, it's repairable, but I didn't pay for this, so I have the right to return it. I tried to phone your customer service several times, left messages and sent emails. None of it was answered. Is anyone here working for you? Why do you provide non-working phone numbers on the website? I won't give up anyway.
