I ordered a closure in color #2 when I received the closure and matched it with the hair I had it was to dark. I sent the closure back through the Postal Express Mail hopeing to receive a refund. I also sent several emails and made several phone calls. I never heard from anyone. The Post office sent it back to me 2 weeks later saying this co would not pick up. Please do not order from this co . I wasted at least $160.00 fooling around with this shoddy co. Good thing money is not an issue.. They Suck!!!!!!!!!
