Hello, I have tried replying to several emails that said you can reply to them from the mydiabetes app and I do not get a response. I would like a cancellation of my account and a refund of the 2 charges to my account. I never used the app and I believe I must have accidentally purchased a personalized plan because there was a charge for that too. Please cancel and refund both of these charges. User's recommendation: They are not responsive and make cancellations difficult.
