A few words here: 1. We bought a house a decade ago from Caprice... TEN YEARS AGO! 2. We still stay in contact every few months ten years later. TEN YEARS LATER! 3. The transaction was so fun & enjoyable. We looked at ten properties over a weekend & picked one to buy. 4. Caprice did all the work & all the inspections & we just showed up at closing - got the keys. My first home. 5. Our house has almost doubled in value. THANK YOU CAPRICE!
