Playstation store addons won’t work

I bought and downloaded the season pass for Lego DC super villains, but when I went to go play the DLC it had said they weren't downloaded, so I checked my downloads, and it said they were waiting to verify that I had the application when I had the disk copy downloaded and in the PlayStation. Can I fix this? If not, can I get the money back or be equally compensated for my purchase.
