Platinum warranty

Well have a couch that broke not a new one avaliable, however a different one was, I picked another set it all up than delivery charge and called spoke to a customer rep who said thats how it is. Not I'll explained it and I don't believe I should be charged for delivery so, everyone who's buying platinum coverage beware please.
