I used the ultimate platinum product exactly as directed. It was so thick it was impossible to get it out of the bottle and on my hair evenly. I don’t have thick or long hair and there was not enough liquid with a mayonnaise consistency to evenly cover my hair. Then it turned yellow instead of platinum. Really a bad product. Not sure what I will do to correct this mess. Why do you sell products that are not as described on the packaging? Shame on L’Oréal. You took my money and ruined my hair.
