The lid on the Oreo mcflurry I ordered on 7/9/2021 must of have been handled poorly because their was plastic inside of it like it had been stirred in with the Oreo or something of that matter. Also from eating that i had to go to the hospital because of stomach issues and gastrointestinal issues which I also have paperwork for. Also I am a non meat eater, have been for some years now which is strong belief of mine . Which is why I was startled when I seen meat on my no meat sandwiches I ordered, which the receipt as well says no meat. This is a serious matter of health.
