Plastic Cooktop Knobs

1

I purchased a GE Cooktop in 2019 and the knobs are plastic. I wasn't aware of this issue until they started to get marred. I did call and let them know and they sent me new ones but they got marred up too. Since I've been using this cooktop 2 years the knobs are not melting. I've tried several times trying to contact GE but their website errors out and my complaint is never submitted. I now have to find the part number to replace the cooktop knobs with stainless steel.
