Pizza was a mess in the box

We got our Pizza and all the topping were all over the box and not on the crust. I paid $20 cash. And I called the store once we opened the box. The manager on duty told us hed issue us a credit on my acct for the mistake. I called the next day to redeem my credit of $20. And Hannah said their was no record of the credit. She had to find out. Saying shes give me 50% off. I was like no I was issued a refund for last night and given a credit. She seemed annoyed at me that her staff didnt enter it in the system. I just want my $20 back. User's recommendation: Have them issue a gift card as credit you can pick up.
