Pit Boss Wood Fired Deluxe Pellet Grill Model PB440D2

3

Hello, I recently purchased a Pit Boss Wood Fired Deluxe Pellet Grill Model PB440D2. The smoker seemed to work alright the first couple of times we smoked, however the auger keeps pushing out too many pellets, causing the pot to overflow. Eventually the overflow causes everything to shut down. This has happened multiple times now (around every 30 minutes or so for out most recent smoke). We've tried everything; deep cleaning everything prior to smoking, checking the internal temp probe, stirring the pellets to avoid voids, and we are only using new Pit Boss brand pellets. At this point we're very frustrated and looking for direction on what to do to fix the issue.
