So in April i ordered a face mask and i payed shipping as well, only got the confirmation, so 2 weeks passed cause during the pademic it couldve take to 5-15 days to ship and i had nothing still so i emailed them, they said they were sorry and will ship my mask so i said okay it sounded good so a week passed waiting for the tracking number so i emailed them back akd didnt have replies, everyday i enailed them cause i wanted to know and i usually dont buy stuff ok website that appears on Facebook (Ads) cause you never know if its too steal you information, but i said well i needed the mask and they were sold out in amazon and other websites i always buy, so a month passed and i emailed them again cause i still didnt have nothing about the apparently shipping infor, so by that time amazon stocked theyre face mask and i ordered from the cause i have prime as well that will take only 3 days, so i emailed IEDM for the last time to cancel my order and two days passed and they send me apparently my shipping infor which got me upset, so a week later i recieved the mask and didnt open and i checked the website to see for returns and for returning a item they would take a percentage fee JUST for return plus you would have to pay shipping for it as well, i was SO UPSET because obvious reasons, i decided to do a review which i never have did to say ny terrible experience of this website, AGAIN for the last time i emailed them cause they dont even have a phone to contact then directly so i said i will give it a try for them to respond, and guess what a hour later they replied cause obviously they saw the review i did and they said they would refund my full refund and wrote the amount for the mask without the shipping fee and said i would want my shipping refund as well cause i payed alot for a single mask almost $30 with shipping and they said they would only if i would update my review and it sounded like a black mail, if i wouldnt update they wouldnt refund me, so weird, so obviously i wanted my money back cause it was terrible comunication so i updated my review and emailed them again about it, and guess what they just refund me the face mask and mot shipping fee and i EMAILED THEM AGAiN and too the date now that has been almost two weeks still havent recieved a reply. And here i am updating my review to tell you guys before buying in this website IEDM think twice before buying if you dont want to experience what i have experience User's recommendation: I don’t recommend this website.
