I bought a LifeProof case to protect my iPad about 2 1/2 yrs ago. About 3 months ago I noticed that the rubber of the case was starting to deteriorate. Now, as I tried to remove it from the iPad, I had a lot of trouble because the rubber would break off without leaving a girp on removing it. I had to use a knife. As it came off, the rubber had deteriorated and whenever I forced a bit, the rubber would break off. They have engenered it to deteriorate in about 2 1/2 years so you would have to buy another. Piece of junk. Dont buy this crap.
