Phone was not in the box when received was meant to be returned

My daughter send her phone to mazuma who were going to pay £215 they then said they would only pay £70 as there was a problem with the camera. We asked for the phone to be returned. This was send back via Royal Mail however, the box was empty. Mazuma deny this is their fault and are blaming Royal mail - the box was not tampered with at all and was completely sealed until we opened it. We are not happy with this at all. This is mazuma's problem and the phone must be still with them or someone has stolen it. I want this resolved as soon as possible. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I have another phone to sell and am using another company. NOT HAPPY AND WANT THIS RESOLVED ASAP.
