They referred you to their website and said thank you for calling have a nice day. There was no menu options at all or option to speak to a human - which is all I needed to answer a simple question. This company needs a human customer service department. What kind of sense does that make calling customer service for them to refer you to their website and then say thank you and hang up. They might as well dis-occupy that number and not even say that message. User's recommendation: Literally don't call this number. It will hang up on you due to complete lack of menu options after saying a brief thank you.
