Yesterday my wife, Jody Plant, was scheduled to fly to Maui at 2:30PM After a four hour wait the flight was cancelled. When she got home she tried to reach d. elta.. I placed a call for the at 9PM ad was told I would get a call back in. by 10:30. No call came unril 1:30 AM when were told we were next in the cue. We held on for another 45 minute and finally reached a live person. She is on a 9:45AM flight this morning. The situation was both frustrating and annoying and was hardly good customer service. Waiting for a call that did not come as scheduled ands then waiting in the queue for another 45 minutes in the middle of the night was absurd. [protected]@mac.com
