Sent in my iPad which always had a screen protector along with the iPad cover AND a back sleeve. Phobio sent me a picture of what looked like an alright screen saying it was damaged (again, it wasnt when I sent it in) and reduced their offer by $130. This company is a sham and Apple should be embarrassed to be in bed with them. Do NOT do business with them. Sell your device on eBay/Craigslist. User's recommendation: Do NOT trust them.
