I bought a Phatmoto gasbike from them about a month ago on August 2019. After receiving the bike I couldn't ride it for 5 miles, everythings breaks ! So I emailed them several times about my issues but I got no answer back from them. Eventually I am stuck with a large heavy paperweight. The lesson I learned, You can order stuffs & they will send it to you but then there is no gurantee no support no exchange nothing. Don't buy from GASBIKE.NET.
