Tried to get an Rx filled at First and Herndon in Fresno but the staff told me that the policy of the pharmacy manager on filling C2 Rx's that were awaiting preauthorization was that they were not to be filled even though I told them that I would pay retail. when asked to see the policy they declined to provide me with it. Nice service CVS. User's recommendation: Go to another pharmacy.
