I have been basically ripped off for $50. I ordered pet sweaters for my several dogs, and very carefully used the sizing guidelines. When I tried them on the dogs, they were NOT the right size. Only one fit the smallest dog, and barely. I am not being allowed to return them, because the packaging has been opened. Let's look at this: I was sold defective items, and didn't discover the defect until the packages were opened - and now I can't return the defective items because the package has been opened.
