Pet Info/urgent help

Hi, there My name is Frances M. Ng, I am a true blue member who suffered from PTSD, I am bringing my EMS dog on board on my upcoming trip Flight 803 departing July 27 from JFK airport to San Juan PR and returning back flight 904 on August 7, I was reading that your new pet policy change, I am so sorry to hear that, in the last three days I had been trying to reach a customer service representative by phone and the EWT is 245min. I would like to register my pet, his name is Zeus Ng, he is a Maltese mix cute little dog, I am taking him for the first time which generates more anxiety for me, my grandfather passed away. I don't mind paying for his trip, but please can you leave the middle seat empty for us. My husband is traveling with me, his name is Joseph Ng. We chose our seats, of course, the window and seat aisle. We are following all your policies. Zeus has all his paperwork update from the vet. Please help me, I will really appreciate it, since all the covid that also added more stress to me. My husband is an MD frontline worker, we are both vaccinated. if you can make that concession to us, we will forever be grateful. please send me any link, if i need to submit any paperwork for zeus. thanks in advance, and please help us.
