Placed an order at 11:15 PM. The following morning at 7:15 AM I sent an email because I realized that the color of the blanket that my husband ordered was incorrect. He did not realize it when he made the purchase. We are disappointed and frustrated that the company refused to change the order or provide a return shipping label to allow us to exchange the item. Additionally, there is no phone number to contact a live person and we requested on several occasions to have a supervisor call concerning the situation.
