I made a large order of personalized books, Sunday, Dec. 1. After receiving the confirmation email I realized a couple of books had been left off the order. Also, one of the books should have said Love, Santa, Gamma and Gampa. I also paid for expedited order processing and the order would have been free shipping. Since I had to submit another order for the two books neither of those things were honored.
