Please note that I have requested officially thru emails several times from Deem finance customer care and collection team to look into my request of deferment my personal loan installment but they never respond to my emails as well they are sending to me an official threating emails that they will share my details to the respective visa and immigration authorities and the Central Bank of the UAE and it will be with The consequences of such reporting will include a travel ban however I have only a delay of 23 days of one installment, Please note that while the central bank was requesting from banks and finance companies to help consumers with deferment of loans due to the pandemic, deem finance only approved for me 2 months' deferment however I am still in salary deduction from March 2020 and will continue till April 2021since I am working I a tourism sector.
