I recently made inquiries around a refinance and was routed to Cardinal. Initially, the experience was great. The agent and I did well and I provided all requested documents through their portal and was told a close date. Its almost three months later and Ive just fired them as theres been no progress, no communication, and nothing but erroneous emails. I actually started to wonder if Id been scammed as of today. DO NOT use this company! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
