Persistent faults with new computer
I purchased a new Lenovo computer in the Curries Bedford store on 23 March 2000. I have spent many hours since then in talking to you CARE LINE with a variety of faults that recur regularly. On one occasion the technical advisor said he had to give up and suggested taking the computer back to the store who might be able to fix it. I find this unacceptable. and I believe that the computer should be returned and replaced by one that does not have recurring faults. Ideally, I would prefer to choose another make of computer and pay for the difference.
