I have ordered brown wood collage photo frames from Pepperfry, they have delivered a product which made of plastic like material painted in wood color, so I placed a return request immediate, the representative called and told that it cannot be returned as they have sent same wood product. So it's clear case of cheating the customer with wrong description mentioned on the website as solid wood and delivering the low quality product with plastic like material. I am forced to keep a product which I don't liked. User's recommendation: It’s return policy need *** lot of improvements.
